2005-05-26 Intel ICH7 Next generation south bridge. Includes High Definition Audio, PCIe x1, etc. Will come in a number of varieties, some of which includes MST (Matrix Storage Technology), iAMT (Active Management Technology) and RAID 10 (secure+fast). The D-versions targets the "Digital Home" brand. Matches the Glenwood, Lakeport and Mukilteo north bridges.

2005-07-11 Intel Mukilteo Uniprocessor server chipset for EM64T processors. Uses the ICH7 south bridge. Named E7230.
